Shipping and Return Policies

  • All items will be shipped from Ottawa, Canada via regular mail.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for most in stock items.  
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of print on demand or custom items.
Bulk order items discount coupon applies to cards only.  

Cards

Cards are shipped in bubble wrapped envelopes.  Receive 5% or 10% discount on quantity orders of cards only.

No returns on cards.  However, if you received your cards and they have been damaged in transit, please email me a photo of the damaged cards and I will gladly replace the items ordered or refund the money.

Prints

Utmost care will be taken in packaging items.  Prints are sent rolled in triangular mailing tubes and sent via regular mail.

If prints are damaged in transit, please email me a photo of the damage and I will gladly replace the items ordered or refund the money.

One Of A Kind (OOAK) and original art

Please contact me and I will let you know the shipping cost for your area for the particular piece you have in mind.
