Pet portrait portfolio on YouTube channel...

Yes, I am proud to say that I have created my own YouTube channel and uploaded a first video. Yesterday, I experimented with  an app that allowed me to set the timing for each portrait, and then select music for the video.

Not rocket science for many of my younger readers, I know!

Still, it is always satisfying to learn something new. Believe me, I have been giving the grey matter a workout since I started blogging!

Memorializing a beloved pet

Last summer, I painted Chico, my twelve year old Havanese. Not long after I published the portrait on my blog, I found out he had lymphoma. We knew our time with him was nearing its end and I was happy to have a painted portrait as a memento of him as a puppy.

The portrait is in my living room along with his neck collar and dog tag which I have attached to the canvas.

Custom pet portrait orders

If you would like your sweet pet companion painted as a custom portrait, visit my Custom Pet Portrait page for more information regarding sizing and prices.

This would also make a very unique gift to celebrate that special bond with our furry companions.

Contact me if you have any questions and I will be pleased to send you a reply.

In the meantime, here is the YouTube video with a variety of styles of some of the pets that I have painted in the last four years.

Subscribe to my channel and "like" my FIRST EVER YouTube video!  I am not sure what I will be posting in the future but I keep experimenting all the time. Who knows? My next video might show a current project or offer a very first tutorial.  Now THAT would be a challenge for me!

If you have a suggestion, I would be happy to receive it.
