As soon as I came upon Louise's website, looked at her work and learned more about her, I knew she was the one I wanted to reach out to for portraits of our cats. From start to finish, it was nothing but a seamless process. Louise went above and beyond to keep us involved in the process, to get our feedback through various stages, and to accommodate our desires. She even went out and bought a new paint colour as she thought it would be the best match for what we were wanting!
It was so refreshing to work with a professional like Louise. In what felt like a string of bad luck with various other industries and professionals, Louise was a breath of fresh air!
