Yorkie Portrait is Ready as Birthday Gift.

Sweet Yorkie Gizmo is birthday gift for client’s adult son.

Picture this: your adult son who has had a successful professional career for over 20 years is celebrating a birthday in a couple of months. What do you give him when he already has everything he wants?

Or so he thinks!

This was the dilemma my client told me she was facing when she contacted me to paint her son’s dog as a birthday gift.

I was given several reference photos. The client wanted the dog’s body in one pose but she wanted the ears from another reference photo.

Finally, Gizmo was ready to go home.

Gizmo is the second Yorkie that I have painted. Several years ago, I painted Coco as a gift for my sister.
